Next Discovery Classes are meeting on May 13 from 8:30-12:30pm

Class 101 - Introduction to Our Church Family

CLASS (Christian Life And Service Seminars) 101 You were designed to be a part of a church family. And that’s exactly what Calvary Church is intended to be – your family. That’s why at Calvary we want to share with you what we believe and where we’re going. CLASS 101 is the basic introduction to our church family designed to clearly explain who and what our church is. The CLASS, broken into four sessions covering: Our Salvation, Our Statements, Our Strategy and Our Structure, is taught by four of the pastors on staff here at Calvary. This is a great opportunity to learn about Calvary Church and get to know others. You don’t have to become a member to attend – it’s just for your information.


Class 201 - Discovering Spiritual Maturity

Do you want to become more like Jesus? Class 201 will help you develop the habits you need to jump-start your spiritual growth. In this class we will look at the elements that are necessary for our lives in order for us to grow spiritually. We hope you will carve out this important time to be with us as we let God’s Word teach us how we can grow in a closer and more vital relationship with Him. If you've taken Class 101, you'll want to join us for the next class in the series.
Pre-requisite: 101


Class 301 - Discovering Your Shape for Ministry

God didn’t design ministry for just the few with seminary degrees. Here at Calvary we believe every member of our church is a minister. This is what CLASS 301 is all about. Through the SHAPE process, you’ll learn how God can use your Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality and Experience to minister to others in need. God has placed a multitude of experiences in your life to help mold you for ministry. This class pulls it all together in a SHAPE that uniquely defines you.

Class 401 - Discovering My Life Mission

Learn to develop and share your testimony. Begin to share your faith conversationally with your friends. Discover how you can become part of God's work in the world. In this class we will look at how God has uniquely shaped you for fulfilling the exciting mission He has for you. You will also be equipped with some practical tools to help you more effectively communicate God’s good news with others. Finally, we will discuss what God is doing around the world and will explore some compelling ways you can be involved. Our hope is that Class 401 is instrumental in engaging members of our Calvary family to further develop a missional lifestyle.
Pre-requisite: 101, 201 and 301
