Boys & Girls (ages: 10-14)

Designed to work on all fundamentals of the game with strength and conditioning,  & offensive and defensive strategies. It focuses on those basketball players 10-13 years who have an interest in playing basketball at school or local leagues in the Bay Area. It is devoted exclusively to instruction and skill development, giving players the opportunity to focus on their technical fundamental training as well as personal development. There will be a devotion and scripture challenge each week. Kids will receive a certificate & evaluation. Bring basketball shoes (No black sole shoes) and a water bottle.
