On-going classes where Bible teaching is done in the context of a caring and sharing community where new people are welcome and service is emphasized.

Calvary Small Groups
Small groups are usually between 6 to 12 people who meet in homes, at work, or recreationally to build friendships and help others in need.

Short Term Elective
In an effort to help you continually grow in your faith, Calvary offers short term electives at different times throughout the year to meet specific needs.

Life Transformation Groups
(LTGs) are simple ways to develop community and empower believers to dig deeper into God’s Word. Groups of 2 or 3 meet once a week for one hour to talk about Jesus and experience Him together.

Women's Ministries
Women's Ministries at Calvary Church offers a variety of ways to help women connect with God and each other through Bible studies and special events.

Mens Ministries
Men's Ministries at Calvary Church offers men opportunities to study God's Word in a safe and open environment.

Recovery Ministries
Throughout the year, Calvary Church offers many different recovery courses to help individuals deal with issues like divorce and alcohol addiction.

EXPANDING YOUR SPIRITUAL INFLUENCE
February 26 at 9am in Parkside 3 & 4

Most of us know someone who is far from God that we desperately desire to share the Gospel with. But a lot of times this is easier said than done. In this one week elective, Garry Poole will teach a new paradigm for how to share the Gospel. We'll take a hands on approach and practice conversational principles right in the class. We've seen lives transformed by using this approach to engage in natural conversations that truly make a lasting impact. A light continental breakfast will be provided.

For over 18 years, Garry Poole served as the evangelism leader at
Willow Creek Community Church. Garry is the innovator of seeker small
groups and is has developed creative outreach strategies. Garry now
consults with churches, businesses and ministries around the world.

 

CRACK THE COMMUNICATION CODE

No matter how long you’ve been married, you’ve probably discovered that communication is extremely important, but can also be difficult. This class teaches an approach to helping couples break their destructive communication patterns.

Tina graduated with her masters in Marriage and Family therapy and is currently working as an intern at the Christian Counseling Center.
